Absolute scammers. my total revenue was 75k. Since 2 weeks they tag all random orders and charge me hundreds of dollars.
my total revenue is 77,6k ever since using them for a year and they tell me 33K from this is tagged last 7 days is correct. Don't use this app and stay away from it. use another app since they will just scam you.

As our Support team explained, you're not being billed based on revenue. Your revenue and tags are there to help you understand the influence TxtCart had on your customers' journey, but they're just for informational purposes. They're not tied to your billing in any way.
The charges in your bill are your subscription fee and the cost of the messages that were sent to your customers. That's it.
