trying to set up 10% discount pop up for my shopify website has been a bit tricky. thought it was finished when a pop up says

"Klaviyo onsite tracking must be enabled on your website to display your form."
support says it needs to be done from the shopify website, shopify support says it needs to be done in klaviyo.
