After trying dozens of apps for product and store reviews, this one has been the worst by a wide margin. Their Magento integration did not work as promised, preventing us from emailing customers to request product and store reviews for several months. Adding to our frustration, they refuse to compensate us for the time we spent investigating the issue and helping get it resolved. The software also has numerous other bugs and technical problems. From my experience, there are far better alternatives that are faster and more affordable.
