Nadz was phenomenal. They made something that seemed daunting very easy and not terrifying. As someone who has absolutely no clue about any of this, I felt very reassured by how knowledgeable and warm they were. Thanks Nadz for making my 8:30PM support chat feel like talking to an old friend.
