We had a very disappointing experience with Easify.
We contacted support about a specific issue on our product page: the first product image does not respond properly when clicked, so customers cannot zoom from that image and have to move to the second or third image instead.
To avoid any risk, we gave a very clear instruction to their team: do not make any changes on our live theme. We had duplicated the theme precisely so they could investigate and test safely on the unpublished copy.
Despite this, they made changes directly to our live production theme.
Worse, the original issue was still not resolved, and their intervention created a new problem on our live store: it altered the appearance and behavior of our product personalization button, which had been working correctly before. The result was a visibly degraded button design on an active product page.
From a merchant perspective, this is extremely concerning. When support is given access to a store, the minimum expectation is that clear instructions are followed, especially when those instructions are about protecting the live environment. In our case, that did not happen.
