I really like this app. It took about a day to get familiar enough with it to get the look I wanted, but the app is well designed and I was able to do just that. Their AI ChatBot got me 90% of the way. I appreciate having that knowledge base available. For the last 10% I was able to chat through with a live person and got all my answers. It was a little pricier than others, but for the ease of use and what a good mega menu does for your shoppers, it was worth it.
