We used Zapiet for oversized-item delivery (spa covers, heat pumps). We needed pickup, 75 km delivery ($150), 300 km delivery ($300), and optional $2/km express delivery. The app can handle pickup and zones, but advanced distance-based pricing is not very intuitive to configure. Support was helpful, but expect a learning curve for more complex delivery setups.
