The worst email system I have ever used. I had a better UX experience in the 90's. Completely unusable. Telling me that they will happily take my monthly subscription and then help me set up a different service overlay is absurd! Not sure what they do...

Our webmail is powered by an open-source, industry-standard platform; the same one offered by practically every email provider, with the exception of a few major players like Gmail and Hotmail who have the resources to build proprietary systems from the ground up. It is, in short, the norm rather than the exception.
What we would encourage, though, is reaching out to us when something isn't working for you. Had you contacted us, we'd have immediately suggested using a dedicated email client app instead. Our mailboxes work seamlessly with every major email client on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. Most users find it a significantly better experience.
