I’ve been using HyperSKU for a few months now, and overall my experience has been very positive. What stands out the most is their customer support responses are fast, helpful, and proactive, which makes managing orders much smoother. I also really appreciate the wide product selection and the ability to source items efficiently. Shipping has been reliable and relatively fast compared to other platforms I’ve tried, which is a big plus for customer satisfaction. A special shoutout goes to Eliza Lin who is always responding really fast and helps with every question I have :)
If I had one suggestion for improvement, it would be to enhance the platform interface slightly to make product sourcing and tracking even more intuitive. Overall, HyperSKU has been a valuable partner for my business, and I’d definitely recommend it to others in e-commerce.
