Okendo is very user-friendly, especially since the addition of the performance insights. I’m able to use these insights alongside my own data to easily inform CX decisions. Our Okendo rep is also wonderful—always willing to answer questions and help us with any situation we bring to her.

Okendo is a great tool for easily uncovering customer insights, and it helps inform both product and marketing decisions for us. It also automates review collection and management, leaving much less work for our marketing teams.
