Thank you for your patience while we worked on this. I’m glad we were able to identify that the issue was related to inactive Shopify shipping settings, along with the native Shopify in-store pickup option being enabled at the same time, which was conflicting with the app’s pickup configuration. To resolve this, I activated the necessary shipping settings and disabled Shopify’s native pickup so that the app’s in-store pickup configuration could function properly.
