I had set something up incorrectly and could not figure out how to fix the issue. Sandy from their support provided me with the most helpful information, and after a lot of back and forth (and frustration from me!), she was able to guide me on how to fix it. My account is now working perfectly, and I am so happy with her help and patience. An excellent customer support person. :)
