Easify Custom Product Options

So far so good. Affordable, did what I needed, and really quick customer Service. Hannie made some customizations for me realtime.

This lets me add an optional item to a bundle without having to make a SKU for each option for with/without. Can make it so the added items show up as individual items, which helps me with multiple warehouse fulfillment. Real easy to use also.
