Worst App you can install for any digital product. They have not send out since 6 months any ebook for my orders, and just collected my money, I have looked into it, and from my side everything was setup correctly, it was a backend problem, they have refused to send me a refund plus refused to give me 3 next free months, Please do not fall for this small scammy App. better if you install a better and reliable App, it will save a lot of chargebacks...

Let’s be very clear and stick to the facts.

As of today, your store is still using our app heavily. You are processing several thousand orders with us every month, not a few orders, several thousand. We checked our side and found zero delivery failure caused by our app.

The issue you are referring to was caused on your side: you deleted the product directly from Shopify, then expected customers to still be able to buy and receive a product that you had deleted yourself.

I personally contacted you multiple times to understand the situation and help. You never replied.

Instead, you tried to blackmail us by asking for 6 free months, despite the fact that the issue was caused by your own Shopify setup. We have written proof of this.

I also reviewed the chat you had with my team. Beyond the false claims in this review, your behavior toward our support team was racist and unacceptable. You insulted one of our Pakistani team members and called him a “scammer”. We have screenshots of this conversation, and we reported your store to Shopify. I am honestly tired of receiving 1-star reviews from stores that keep using our app at scale, refuse to answer when we try to help, make false public claims, and then treat our team with racism and disrespect.

We will ALWAYS help merchants in good faith. But we will not accept blackmail, false accusations, or racist abuse toward our team.
