We take concerns like this very seriously, so I personally reviewed your subscription history in Shopify. The records show you started a yearly Growth plan trial on March 12, and once the 14-day trial ended, the subscription was automatically charged — the standard billing behavior on Shopify for any trial-based plan. There's no record of your plan being changed or upgraded beyond what was originally selected. That said, you are eligible for a refund, and we've sent you an email about it.
