We take concerns like this very seriously, so I personally reviewed your subscription history via Shopify.
From the records, you started a yearly Growth plan trial on March 12. After the 14-day trial period ended, the subscription was automatically charged, which is the standard billing behavior on Shopify for any trial-based plan. There is no record showing that your plan was changed or upgraded beyond what was originally selected.
That said, you're eligible for a refund. We have sent you an email regarding this. We hope you can check it so we can proceed further.
