A very useful app for setting up an affiliate program on Shopify. Special thanks to Nick from support for helping me quickly update our commission rate from 10% to 15%. Everything works smoothly and professionally!

I was actually about to switch to a different affiliate program because I was overwhelmed trying to understand how everything worked. Before making that decision, I decided to use their chat feature and ask as many questions as I needed to get clarity. Nick was incredibly patient with me. Platforms like this can be confusing at first, especially when you're setting up something with multiple products and commission rates, but Nick answered every single question thoroughly and even provided helpful resources along the way. That level of support completely changed my experience and convinced me to stay. Highly recommend, especially if you value real human support when you need it.

merchants cannot select individual products from the dashboard and set different commission rates. the app charges a commission on every sale, which makes it expensive for merchants at scale. frustratingly

So far the app has been great. I havent had it a full 24hrs yet and already have 2 affiliates. Also last but definitely not least in my book. They actually have customer support. Which is huge these days as it seems more often Im running into support emails that dont exist, and customer support members that needed the help more than I did. I got a response from the team within minutes. You cant beat that.

The app is easy to use, has a lot of features, and I was impressed by Mina's customer support. She was able to login and fix a bunch of issues on my end. Good app to start an ambassador program and has everything you need on the free end, although it is a little more work to setup without paying for all the features.

I've had an excellent experience with UpPromote so far. The platform is easy to use, offers a wide range of powerful affiliate marketing features, and has made setting up my affiliate program much simpler than I expected. What impressed me the most was the customer support. Mina was absolutely amazing. She was responsive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Out of all the upgrades that I have made to my store, setting up an affiliate program with upPromote has been the least headachy experience so far!
