I have been using UpPromote for over a year now. I've impressed with the customer service time and time again. My website set up is a bit wonky as I use a third party website and use the Shopify lite for my cart system. Whenever I have run into a problem, Evans has gone out of the way to help and has always been patient with me. I appreciate the functionality of the app and have been very pleased with my experience.

UpPromote is a fantastic app for managing affiliate referrals. It's easy to onboard new affiliates and support them with payments for the order referrals.
The support from the team is also great. Nick and Tommy were quick to help and sorted our request within minutes.

Tanie was a superstar today and on black friday of all days!! I used the Stackable Discount App within Shopify (DO NOT USE), but that broke all my affiliate codes. We came to the conclusion to just use the built-in Automatic discount code for the global site sale. I read that one didn't work, hence why I went with the Stackable app.

Anyway, well done, Tanie!! Good thing to note for future clothing brand owners to know is that the Stackable Discount App within Shopify breaks everything lol

What a scam this is! We never used the app, and even uninstalled it, and are STILL being charged a hefty monthly fee every month with no way of cancellation. We are now in contact with Shopify Support to try to find a solution and a refund. What a hassle!

Mina was very helpful answering some questions I couldn't find within' the help docs and the affiliates sure like promoting their codes to wherever they share it across the web far and wide! It's helped us a bunch with customer outreach to boot!
