UpPromote Affiliate Marketing

This app is great, and I've been using it for years to run my affiliate programs smoothly. I've never had a glitch, and if I ever need some support, their tech support is really amazing. They are detailed, fast, and super helpful. They truly care about their customers. Evans was my most recent support person, and he helped me navigate a new program, that was kinda stressing me out! With his help, I now understand what I need to do to run a great program with reliable tracking. Highly recommend this app.

The Uppromote Affiliate app has been very helpful for setting up our affiliate program.

The app is easy to use, and the support team has been responsive and professional throughout the process. In particular, Lina provided excellent support. She answered our questions kindly and clearly, and helped us understand the setup process much more easily.

I had high expectations for UpPromote, but unfortunately the quality of affiliate applications was very disappointing. At least if you're hoping to get applicants from their marketplace. It may be ok if you're doing your own promotion to attract real affiliates.

Out of the first five applicants, 3 were coupon or deal websites that appear to add no real value and may simply capture customers who were already intending to purchase. 4 out of 5 submitted applications with no information about how they plan to promote the brand, making it difficult to assess whether they are a good fit. I had to contact them via e-mail to ask more details (which turned out a waste of time anyway).

As a camping and outdoor gear brand, we expected more relevant and professional applicants, which did not occur at all. For example, one recent application came from an email address "discreet69****"... embarrassing.

The platform itself seems to work as intended, but there is no quality control or relevance of affiliate applications - even if you apply rules and restrictions for applicants.

We've had a great experience with UpPromote. It's helped us easily set up an affiliate program for our business. The online support is great! Gwen helped me fix an issue with affiliate emails I messed up so I didn't have to delete and start over. Overall a really great experience.

best affiliate app, super easy to use and set up, bet pricing model too. dont go with other apps that charge huge success fees or lock you in contracts. their support is nice (Mina is the best) and fast to respond too, i use this on like 5 of my shops

Great app for starting your first ambassador program. Has all the basic functionalities you'd need to get your program off the ground and running. The biggest plus is the excellent customer service. Maya, in particular, is speedy, efficient, and willing to help with any question.

It lacks some of the more advanced features you see in competitors', but you can't beat the price, especially if your only motive is to get an ambassador program out there and not waste any time. We were with a competitor previously, and their customer service would take days to respond, with very little action. We really appreciate how quick everyone is to help here!

It's the most comprehensive app I have found about Affiliate Marketing. The information is transparent and I love the fact that the affiliates get a detailed guide too

Solid app for getting an affiliate program off the ground quickly. Easy setup, tracking works, and support was responsive. Two issues pushed us to build our own: (1) No cross-platform support. We run multiple Shopify stores plus a WooCommerce brand and needed one system across all of them. (2) The UpPromote Marketplace sent us nothing but spam and scammer signups. Not a single legitimate affiliate came from it. Had to clean out over a dozen fake accounts. If you're a single-store operation, UpPromote will serve you well. If you're multi-brand or need more control, you'll outgrow it.

UpPromote has been super easy to use and made managing our affiliate program much smoother. The platform is flexible, packed with great features, and stood out after trying several alternatives. The setup was simple, and their support team has always been responsive and genuinely helpful, from general support to custom design requests, Tanie has been wonderful and always kind and easy to work with.

Some advanced features can feel a little expensive for smaller brands, but they offer solid lower tier and free plan options. Overall, for what UpPromote offers compared to other platforms on the market, it’s definitely worth it and has been a great experience for our brand.

We've been setting up UpPromote for our affiliate and reseller programs and had quite a few specific questions along the way – from custom domain setup and required checkboxes during registration, to managing multiple programs for different partner types and handling multilingual registration forms.

Lina from the support team was incredibly helpful and insightful. She took the time to actually understand what we were trying to achieve, double-checked details with her team when needed, and gave clear, practical recommendations on how to structure our programs cleanly. The advice to use separate programs for store partners and individual resellers made our setup much more manageable.
