Selleasy is a solid app for upsells and cross-selling, and it’s generally easy to use. However, we ran into issues when using it for free gift promotions. Even with the setting “Match offer product quantity with the trigger product” enabled, customers were still able to add more than one free gift, which isn’t ideal.
That said, the support team was excellent. Boomika in particular was very helpful and responsive, and she worked with us to implement a workaround that solved the issue.
