i uninstalled the day i paid to get my store back up and they still tried to charge me i need my refund...

Once your store is reopened, Shopify will issue all outstanding and pending invoices from all apps you were using. As a Shopify merchant, you’re likely aware that app charges are handled automatically by Shopify rather than by individual app developers.
