Dan Gutierrez helped me out a ton. He was really clear in explaining the platform and researched answers to questions when he didn't know the answer, he made it very clear on how to best utilize shipstation. The platform has cut down our shipping time by a lot.

My only complaint is that we cannot attach documents electronically to shipments in regards to USMCA/CUSMA forms, 232 Steel and Aluminum forms, or designate our own broker when making shipments. These are requirements of nearly all shipments these days and this should be standard. If these changes were added, I would adjust my review to a five star.
