Huge shoutout to Jo Anne Larga and the Zendrop support team! I had an unexpected billing issue while setting up my store and accidentally triggered a monthly charge. Jo was incredibly responsive, explained exactly how the billing worked, and processed my full refund the moment it cleared. It is rare to find customer service this efficient and understanding. Highly recommend!
