The shipping time averages are severely misleading. An 8 day expected ship really looks like it’ll be 3-4 weeks minimum

To clarify the facts, our standard baseline requires a 3-day processing window followed by 10–12 days in transit, which brings the typical total to 13–15 days. That said, unexpected disruptions like severe weather, global logistics bottlenecks, and customs backlogs absolutely happen, and we humble ourselves to the fact that these delays directly impact your store.
