I wanted some suggestions on how best to optimise my products - and before our call - she had researched my site and had the suggestions ready to go - and helped adjust the layout perfectly. Often with support teams, you get people who are quite robotic in their responses, though Maya continually asked me if I had questions, and also spoke highly of her role and said she enjoyed making things easier for customers.
