It simply doesn’t do what it claims. If you have a large catalog, it only cycles through about six products—and you don’t even get to choose which ones. It feels like the app just promotes whatever it wants.
I did make two sales, but the return doesn’t justify the cost. I’m spending more than I’m making, which defeats the entire purpose.
Support is just as frustrating. When they can’t answer your questions, they shift the blame to your store—even after you prove them wrong. The final straw was being told to “go watch videos on how to improve your store’s performance.” My store doesn’t have performance issues—the app just doesn’t deliver.
At the end of the day, this is a weak product that overpromises and underdelivers.
