Very difficult to use, bad customer service/ no help

After reviewing our conversation history, we can see that our team responded immediately when you contacted us and tried to help with your setup before your product launch. We requested access to your store, checked the configuration on your behalf, and assisted with setting up the options as quickly as possible.
That said, looking back, it seems there was a mismatch in expectations and communication during the setup process. While our team was focusing on troubleshooting why the option set could not be assigned and displayed as expected, which understandably led to frustration on your side.
