AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

So far so good. I like having returns/exchanges logged and looking a little more polished as far as returns are concerned. I would like to get a notification whenever a return request is submitted though. I am not sure if I had not set it up correctly or if that is just not an option. Other than that, it looks great and customers have already used it.
