We’ve had an outstanding experience with Order Editing and their team. The app itself has saved us a tremendous amount of customer service time by allowing customers to make simple changes to their own orders without needing to contact support. That alone has made a huge operational difference for our business.
What really sets them apart, though, is their support team. We had a fairly difficult integration with some unique challenges and third-party systems, and their team was consistently responsive, patient, and proactive every step of the way. They always replied quickly, took the time to understand the issues, and genuinely went above and beyond to help us get everything working properly.
It’s rare to find an app company this invested in their customers’ success. We would absolutely recommend Order Editing to other Shopify stores looking to improve the customer experience while reducing support workload.
