Same as other negative reviews, app looked good for building custom fields, didn't work. Basic personalization text as a simple as "name" was not passed on into the order details. Support quoted 24-48 hours for custom fix in my theme (normal free Shopify theme) and then didn't do anything. Ruined two real orders.

After reviewing your case, we found that the issue was related to the Quick Add functionality in your theme. Orders placed through the Quick Add flow were bypassing the standard product page flow where the option data is normally collected and attached to the order, which resulted in the personalization details not being passed through as expected.
We understand that from your perspective, the most important thing is that the personalization information should have been captured correctly, and we're sorry that this issue affected real customer orders.
We're also sorry that we were unable to deliver the custom theme adjustment within the timeframe you expected. We understand how disappointing that was, especially when you were waiting for a resolution.
