The best customer support. I've had Okendo for a year now and I'm really impressed with their team.

I love that I can always get connected with a REAL person. They have an AI chatbot that can answer basic questions, but doesn't pretend to be human and is always ready to connect you with an actual employee, no runaround to prove you need the help like other companies.

I also really appreciate the level of support with account management and initial implementation. Kudos to Okendo for prioritizing having great staff in addition to a great set up.
