Steer away if possible.
Slow and sluggish servers, takes ages to load from Europe.
Vendor dashboard that they claimed was customizable is impossible to customize, scaring away vendors that give it a try.
During the talks before going for ShipTurtle app, they told us that we can have onboarding customized however we wish, that also proved to not be possible. The app seems to be very old and inflexible.
Tried very hard making a project with them, whenever you send a message to project leader they reply with hallucinated GPT answers or that they need time to answer.
They claim to have implemented project tasks that they never touched, its like working with a company that lives in alternate reality.
Had to abort the project and make our own multivendor app.

The project referenced here was a separate Shopify website design and development engagement. Before starting the project, the scope, deliverables, and one-time development cost were clearly discussed and agreed upon by both parties, and development was initiated after receiving the initial 50% advance payment.
Regarding customization, Shipturtle is a SaaS-based multivendor platform. We do support customization options, but the request here involved complete structural flexibility over the vendor dashboard, including core layouts and functionality, which is beyond the scope of most SaaS platforms.
We also want to clarify that the website and implementation work delivered during the project was completed by our internal development team as per the agreed scope and communication shared throughout the engagement.
