We are new customers to Redo platform and I have to say our experience has been nothing short of amazing!
We encountered an issue during the setup process transitioning from our prior vendor and it was super hard to nail down. Greg from the tech support team rolled up his sleeves and dug in and found the one line of code causing the issues and got it resolved. This was not generic chat support, it was not high effort endless back and forth, it was a team that cared and took ownership and got it done.
That's what makes a partnership great, and makes long term customers. Definitely recommend the platform so far and encourage everyone to take a look!
