We've been with Redo for two years and it's been one of the easiest vendor relationships we have. The product does what it promises, but honestly the team is what keeps us around.
Quick shoutout to Mason — ran into an issue right before a sale launch today and he hopped on a call immediately. No ticket queue, no "we'll get back to you." Just fixed it. That kind of responsiveness is rare and genuinely makes a difference when you're under the gun.
Highly recommend if you're evaluating returns platforms.
