I like the app itself, and I believe the team does a good job - provided the issue doesn't go beyond what is covered in the documentation.
Unfortunately, customer support has ghosted me and isn't responding to inquiries. This is a real shame, as I would have loved to find a mutually beneficial solution and establish a long-term partnership. I even told them they could simply let me know if they weren't interested in working together; that would have been perfectly fine, too.
Perhaps customer support struggled to put themselves in the customer's shoes and realize that not everyone is a software developer. From that perspective, I can understand why a conversation might have seemed more challenging than expected. However, in my view, handling such situations is precisely the job of customer support.
I’m giving two stars because simple inquiries are answered quickly and helpfully. That said, ghosting a customer is a remarkably disrespectful way to behave.
