Hi [App Developer/Support Team],

My name is Deavalon Maddox and I am a Shopify merchant using your app on my store, House of DMX.

I recently noticed a charge of $368.07 on my billing for your app. I was not aware of the active subscription and have not been using the app.

I kindly request a refund or billing consideration for this charge, as it was unintentional. I have also gone ahead and unsubscribed to prevent future charges.
