THEY ARE A SCAMMER! THERE IS NO ANY INFORMATION KIND OF SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION THEIR FAQ PAGE! WHEN I TRY TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, IT SAYS "DURING THIS TIME YOU WILL PAY." HOWEVER, WHEN I CLIKCK TO "OK I'M SURE" BUTTON, IT REDIRECTS ME TO PAYMENT PAGE ON SHOPIFY!

To cancel your app subscription, you simply need to uninstall the app from your Shopify store by navigating to:
Shopify Admin → Settings → Apps → Webkul Multivendor Marketplace App → Uninstall
Once the app is uninstalled, the subscription is canceled as per Shopify's app billing policy.
Regarding the billing charges, we would be happy to review them for you. Our team has already sent you an email along with a meeting link. Kindly schedule a meeting at your convenience or reply to our email with your latest Shopify invoice so that we can thoroughly investigate the charges and provide you with an accurate explanation.
Please note that the app includes a 15-day free trial. After the trial period ends, Shopify begins the app billing cycle. App charges are generated and managed through Shopify's billing system according to their billing policies.
If we find that any charge was applied incorrectly after reviewing your account and invoices, we will be happy to initiate the appropriate refund process.
