Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the unexpected charge after exceeding the 30,000-word translation limit during your trial period.
We noticed that you have not yet reached out to our support team regarding this matter. If you had contacted us directly, we would have been happy to review your case and assist you with a refund request.
To clarify, the charge occurred because your translation usage exceeded the 30,000-word limit included in the trial plan. When the Auto Charge feature is enabled, the system automatically purchases additional translation credits once the included quota has been used, allowing translations to continue without interruption.
You can review or disable this option anytime by going to Settings > Account > Auto Charge. If you prefer to avoid additional charges, we recommend turning this feature off. Once disabled, translation will stop after the included quota is reached, and no further charges will be applied.
