i have not activated and paid subscriptions on your app and removed it from my shopify store please remove the charges alert i am getting.

To clarify, our 7-day trial is completely risk-free, and the post-trial billing setup is entirely optional. Users can decline it or switch to our Free plan at any point without being charged. In this case, our system shows the optional billing was accepted during installation, though we see your account setup wasn't fully completed.
We always want to ensure our customers only pay for value they actually receive. We have been trying to connect with you over the last few weeks to offer a full refund but have not received a response yet. Please feel free to reply to our last email so we can make this right.
