Easify Custom Product Options

I recently worked with the Easify team to resolve some issues with the Product Personalizer on our Shopify store (Ad Lunam Designs), and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The whole team was incredibly responsive and thorough.

Suzy was quick to identify the root cause and applied an initial fix, and Thomas helped walk through technical details to make sure we were on the same page. Anne documented everything carefully and escalated it to the dev team. Audrey and the technical team then went above and beyond — they resolved the live preview, cart drawer update, and mobile display issues all at once.
