Mailchimp Email SMS Marketing

Dean did a great job supporting me through live chat on the MailChimp <> Shopify app. We uncovered a bug that's need further escalation to development, and he did a great job setting expectations on next steps and gathering all of the details needed to escalate.

Hopefully the dev team can come through swiftly with a solution, but great work from Dean either way!
