I have only started using Zendrop. I have 3 stores, and placed orders from each store as a test to make sure the system is working correctly, to see what the products are like and to see how long it takes to get them. Two of my orders show on the tracking site as delivered but I never received them. I checked with neighbors and filed a complaint with the post office (though only one shows as delivered by USPS) and no luck. Not sure if the addressing is weird or what - I do know from experience that things don't always translate right when mailed from overseas. Anyway I did get one order and two customer orders show as delivered and I know for sure one was, haven't heard from the other customer so I assume it was delivered. I'm not sure if their delivery is reliable, so I'm still researching more and trying other drop shippers too. I also have had a couple issues with ordered items not being available. I hate to provide crappy customer service with out of stock issues and have to refund orders that were never received. I do like the way Zendrop works with Shopify, except that store orders that are fulfilled from other drop shippers show up on Zendrop when they aren't the ones with that product so need to figure out how to fix that. The descriptions and photos for listing are great too, But none of that matters if there are delivery issues.
