Installed, got threatened with paid mandatory paid version if my site grows, uninstalled. I would have gladly paid if I was in control of it but after reading some reviews... it seems to be in this app owners nature to push new rules on current customers.

Hi LuxeGems store admin,

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had and completely understand your frustration.

We’d like to clarify that Transtore does offer a free plan with certain limitations. Our intention was never to mislead merchants, and we’re sorry if our pricing structure or communication gave that impression.

We truly appreciate your feedback. It helps us improve both the app experience and the transparency of our pricing communication.

Thank you for giving Transtore a try, and we’re sorry that we didn’t meet your expectations.

Best regards,
Chloe
