I would need help I had the aap from my Shopify store but did not run any ad still I have been charged 3838.28 to pay kind request to help with the process of refund it will nice since I did not use any service only installed it would be kind enough of you Tarun me through the process store name is Riverblend

We've contacted you directly and investigated your account. We found that the app remained installed on your Shopify store for more than the 7-day free trial period.
As a result, the free trial expired, and the subscription automatically transitioned to the paid plan according to Shopify's billing system.
However, we also confirmed that you did not use the app or run any ads. As a one-time exception, we offered you a full charge reversal to ensure you received your money back.
