THEY JUST DON'T RESPOND TO MY EMAILS FOR SUPPORT. I ONLY RECEIVED 2 SCRIPTED EMAILS IN THE BEGGINING AND NO RESPONSE SINCE THEN 2 WEEKS LATER. I TRIED TO FOLLOW UP BUT NO REPLY.
