The app did not work as expected as it left out the descriptions for over 900 products. I uninstalled the app and contacted the developer for a credit as I had not been charged. Was only interested in fixing it, when it was clear it didnt work as expected. Now he wont give the credit. Shopify CANNOT give the credit only the developer can!
Developer closed the ticket without providing the credit!
