We've had an excellent experience with Okendo. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and makes collecting, managing, and showcasing customer reviews effortless. We especially love the customizable review requests, photo and video review features, and the seamless Shopify integration. Their customer support team, Karen specifically, has been exceptional, responsive, and always willing to help. The chat-with-us feature is one of the best I've come across, being especially valuable during onboarding.
