Cost us a $1,199 bike and their support just keeps denying it, proceed with extreme caution

I run an e-commerce store for 10 years and installed this app to boost post sales using rule based discounts. Instead, it cost us real money. On July 3, 2026 an order came through our store for a product worth $1,199 that checked out at $0.00 — full retail item, zero dollars collected, shipped and delivered before we caught it. We're out an entire bike. Hijacked by an Aimbot aimr.dev on their app.

When we opened a support ticket to get answers about how a $0 checkout was even possible with this app in the flow, we got nothing but denial. No ownership, no investigation, no willingness to look at what happened on their end. Ticket after ticket, the same brush-off.

As a merchant, here's my honest take: if an app is sitting in your checkout/upsell flow, it needs to be airtight, and support needs to take pricing and checkout issues seriously the moment they're raised. That was not my experience. In my opinion this is exactly the kind of thing that can be exploited by bad actors and bots, and I'm deeply concerned about how it was handled.

I can't recommend installing this. If you run a store where real inventory and margin are on the line, learn from what happened to us. As of July 28, 2026, this is still unresolved and support is still denying responsibility.
