Etsy Integration ‑ CedCommerce

I regret purchasing this app. My Etsy shop is large (1,600 listings), and although the initial merge seemed fine, the sync was unreliable. Inventory between Etsy and Shopify became inconsistent, and when I attempted a full reset, the app rewrote my Etsy SKUs.

I reached out to customer support on Google Meet and still couldn’t fix the issue, telling me it would take a day or two. I installed Shuttle instead and had my entire store synced within an hour.

When I requested a refund for the remaining ~$600 on my annual plan, they refused. I explained that I would need to leave an honest, negative review based on my experience, and they accused me of blackmailing them, which was completely inappropriate and unprofessional.

If you choose this app, be prepared for frequent support calls and slow, difficult problem resolution.
