This app is advertised as having a free plan, but after installing it they charged me $39.95 USD twice within two months (June and July) without any clear notice. I did not get any orders/results from running ads through this app, yet I was billed both a subscription fee and an app fee each time. There was no proper warning before the charges were applied. Very disappointed — please refund these charges and make your pricing more transparent.

Regarding billing, we’d like to clarify that Shopify handles Easy Ads subscriptions and payments directly. We do not have access to your payment details or the ability to charge your card directly.
