Good bundle app, and responsive support. One of my orders came through with only the main product instead of the full Kit Completo, even though the customer was charged the full bundle price. The support team looked into it, and eventually found the exact cause — a rare fast-click timing issue where the free items hadn't finished loading — explained it clearly, and told me they've flagged a permanent fix.

Honest note: the first diagnosis wasn't the right one (they initially pointed to express checkout, which didn't apply to my store). But once I clarified, they dug deeper and found the real cause. So it took a second look to get there.

Overall, the bundle itself works well and the support was helpful and patient. Would recommend.
