I had a difficult time in trying to get questions answered so that I could decide if this app is for me. I got a call 24 hours later from an AI named "Mary". What a ridiculous experience! I was told that this is a "self serve" application and that I needed to read articles to answer my questions. No, I am not going to read articles to sell myself on this app. My rating is based on the lack of salesmanship and not being able to assess if this app is a good fit for my business. Omnisend, please do better than leaving your business and sales to AI.
