The best part about this app is the fact that you can have Google seller reviews from your company reviews and the team by live chat can help you import reviews from another platform.
There are many downsides: It is very clunky with Shopify, and not all widgets work with the theme, as I'm having the team do the install in places, which is frustrating, as it costing me time directing many people through live chat.
You cannot have review reminders in the start-up plan. Only on the higher plan. This is a feature many stores want as not all customers send a review first time.
The pricing is not transparent on the Shopify listing either. Im paying $63 a month for the start-up plan (annual cost is approx. $ 758). The start-up plan isn't shown on Shopify, and you need to speak to chat to convert to it and be billed separately.
The app dashboard and chat is now slowing down. It feels like they have room to improve a lot in places.
